Heartfeltthankfulness

Thank you Lord.

She is currently under medication. She started sharing her fears and thoughts about her known condition. It has been a long mind battle for her. All ways and means to counter those thoughts seemed futile. After sharing everything in all details with the doctor, with mummy beside her, she listened quietly to what the doctor said.

She is currently refraining herself from using the internet. I asked her why, she said she is ill and that daddy told her to avoid using the computer so that her mind will not start thinking all the wrong thoughts again. She is becoming more and more sensible now. She asked me to search all the available medications that she can take. Well. I said no matter how much we can learn from the internet, we can never be better than a doctor. Knowing about other medicines will also create new thoughts that can easily butt her to say that there is something wrong with the current medication – when there is nothing wrong with the medicine at all. She thought through and began to agree with me.

She was drinking water when I entered the kitchen. She hoped to share water with me to ensure that her water is safe. I randomly asked her if she has been taking medication. She nodded. After that she came up to me in the living room, ate her medicine in front of me and went to sleep. After that she woke up again, went into the kitchen to grab a bite, and automatically washed up all the dirty cutlery in the basin.

I am very touched by what God is doing in her life right now.
