Sieving Words.

Words make up a big part of communication in our lives.

From selective things, the things that really catch our attention… all the way to the things that really don’t have the ability to create much effect on us.

What is it.. that make us want to focus? What does FOCUS means to you?

Imagine you are walking down the high hills of Hong Kong. (I just returned from there!) This season is slightly foggy. When we are surrounded by fog, what do we do? We will be instantly alert.. Working hard to spot what lies ahead. Straining hard to see the divider lines.. The mind will not relax until we emerge out from the fog and can see clearly again.

*rubbed eyes*

However. Words can also trigger emotions. Ahh..

Sometimes, words can be packaged so well and it can be like a time bomb. Imagine opening an email and… *EXPLOSION!* all the words can just explode out = the reader basically can experience awakening emotions that prompt changes in thinking. It is like planting a lasting seed in the mind.

Hahaha… so we all need to have the ability to sieve words to help ourselves.. our emotions and well-being. This. Is CHALLENGING!

The effects and aftermath of words can never be underestimated. Truly this is something that is difficult to achieve or maintain… But learning is always alive. The opportunity is always there for us to keep improving. Remember, no one can stop you from learning, unless you want! ;)
